what is this, i just got this board today, and i wanted to know if anyone knows what this is. thanks, also, what is the best bios to use for this board.

i have no idea.. i get the same thing. You're lucky you got it with the 38 Bios which is a newer version of this motherboard. If you want voltage try out Mr Naturals 39c Bios.

how can you tell that it is the 38 bios?

They are from Abit's site.
If you run ME, 2k, or XP use drdos to make a boot floppy then add the awdflash.exe file and the .bin file.
Just run the drdflash.exe file with a blank floppy already in to make the bootable floppy.
