Well i took the plunge and bought it.
I have built the following system:-
Epox 8kta3+
1 gig athlon
128 mb of pc133mhz ram
30gig ibm deskstar
32 mb ati graphics
case cooling
etc
etc
Buy the way the machine booted, detected the hard drive and asked for the W9xx cd the first time I tuned it on. It then installed a typical instalation of W98 v2 in just 6 mins, and that included 2 restarts & detecting pnp devices.
so far the machine is fast and stable and runs at 33c.
