I finally got my Radeon fixed by borrowing a 250W PSU. No wonder, my old one was only 140W. I just wanted to thank OC members for all their great help and especially to OF who suggested that I change the PSU. I never really thought of it myself. Thanks you thanks you, im beaming with joy right now and in the meanwhile installing Q3A and UT
