Panaflo, Sanyo-Denki, Pabst, Sunon...all great brands.
I like my Panaflo 120mm L1A the best...It's the only non-ballbearing fan of the lot, but it's been modded twice, abused often, and is still the most reliable and quietest fan I own. It also starts reliably on 5 volts, which is kind of rare for a fan that size.
