I couldn't get my FSB above 144 for the life of me. I couldn't understand why until I took off the chipset HSF. I started lapping it to see if I could get a little higher and found out that the HSF was not flat at all. It was like waves of uneven surface and BAD. I lapped it for about 30 minutes and got it nice and flat. I reapplied it with some AS2 and now I can hit 146FSB and prolly further. Just a pointer, you may need to go the route I have to get better stability or reach some higher FSB's.
