maybe one of you guys can help me...i'm at a bit of a dead end here and very frustrated. here are my specs:

these settings get me stable passed 25 passes of test 5 in memtest. However, I can't boot into windows (usually). Sometimes it loads windows and gets to the welcome, just to crash and reboot. Others, it won't show the "Backup CMOS....OK!" and reboots shortly after. I try going down to 275, then 250, then 200 with the same exact settings, and every time it gets to the screen where it shows the IRQ's etc. and then reboots (it doesn't show the backup cmos...ok! for some reason). After clearing the cmos, I can go back to my normal settings of 2-2-2-6 at DDR400 and it will work fine.

Any Ideas?

I'm getting some OCZ EL Platium Rev-2 in the mail, (most likely TCC5, could be TCCD) I'll post the results here when I get it on tuesday.

I got the ocz el plat in the mail, and it was TCCD!, but one module did'nt work So it's going back to newegg. I'll post the results when it comes back......if it works this time...
