Hooray!!! My oem 64mb radeon 8500 does 10025 in 3dmark2001 SE in 1024x768 32 bit color and no AA.

the card was OC to cpu speed of 270 and memory speed of 270, there's no mods on the card whatsoever (stock heatsink, bare ram modules). Also using those new 'leaked' drivers.

I think i might be able to put off the vid card upgrade, guys!

yep keep your card no need to upgrade, I scored 10,041 with my 8500LE 128 card but at 300/300.

It is your cpu that is giving the HUGE BOOST 3 GHZ WOW

damnit, if only my ram could support anything but turtle timings i would get plus 10000 3d marks on cheapo system with r8500 LE , but im already saving for some pc3000

best 3dmark ive got is 9923
