The new board to get?

So what board should I get? I want a GREAT overclocking board with lots of bios options. Onboard sound isn't needed. Raid would be nice but not a must. Fire wire would be nice. I would like to keep it under $200 US. I plane to use Corsair 3500 DDR with this board and want to get it to at least 200fsb.

So what do you all think? Is there a nice KT333 I should look in to? Maybe a KT400 that fits the bill? Or is this a time that I should be waiting for Nforce 2 boards to come out?
