SOLVED the things one can get in the USofA

im a newbie oc'er and the thing is that here in israel i can get **** in cooling so my only ray of light for now is a friend of mine going for a trip in the us so im thinking he can get me something but heres the thing i have about 20-30$ no more so what should i ask him for? im thinking heatseenk+fan so what kind should i get? need a quik answer cuz hes going in a week.
