Which one of these would keep my PIII 933 FCPGA the coolest.
I dont care about noise, just the coolest one:

OCZ Monster II Socket Cooler,
OCZ Quad Socket Cooler,
or the OCZ Twin Socket Cooler...
 
you don't care about noise? yeah! now we're talking! try the fop38 from globalwin. up to 7000 rounds per minute. delta fan. really nice but also really loud ???

It's not so much the volume I found with a delta, it's the screaming pitch of the fan that's so annoying, you breath a sign of releif when you switch it off. I forgot that idea and went back to the YS-Tech that came my PEP66.
 
The Monster II is about the same as the Fop 38.
The Twin has (2) 60mm fans. out of the three you mentioned I would say the Twin
