Beyond Medias dvd library plugin, the author kilsrat just added support for play bluray and hd-dvd movies. I just indulged and bout one of the LG players

FYI, many front end software could easily make a HD library (or a library for anything) too. a library (in most other front end software) is just a collection of specific file type that you categorize.

It wouldnt read the format of the ripped blurary/hddvd files, and couldnt add them to the library with ease. It could play it and what not, now its just easier to do everything.

I tried media portal, It was very customizable and all, I had to work with the movies a lot though to get the titles right, coverart/description. I use it on my pc to was watch movies, but for now im sticking with beyond media for my front end for movies on my htpc.
