Thermaltake, or NO?

I have a cheapy 400W powmax in my system setting off my Asus probe 12v rail alarm at 13.134v so I'm looking for something new. Newegg's got a Thermaltake 420 silentpower with SATA for $42.00 and free shipping. Im planning to OC my 1700+ Tbred a bit and am wondering if this PSU is as solid as all the reviews say.
Whats the beef?

Im using one in my rig. It seemed to overclock my cpu pretty well. However, my 12v rail is 11.7v. Eveything else is fine. Some people were saying how it might be an abit mobo error reading the rail wrong, but I havent tested it with a multimeter to find out for sure yet.

I have the Thermaltake 410 POLo psu and it works great for me. If you search the forum there is a thread on Thermaltake PSUS

An 11.7 12v rail is still better than 13.137...might fry something..

I use ThermalTake Butterfly 480W, and it has been great for me.

No issues with a 420w Silent PurePower. I didn't know they came with SATA now, I've had mine for about 10 months.
