ThermalTake Tornado 7+ Problem

I just recently purchased the torando 7+ made by ThermalTake. My intent was to get lower temp's on the CPU so that I can overclock it, but instead when I installed it, I found out that instead of having my temperatures at 45ºC with the AMD brand HSF combo, I was getting 47ºC and at times 48ºC. I don't know why...someone please help. Also what is the maximum operating temperature for an AMD 2100+ XP chip? Is it 50ºC?
