The proteinAg29a and proteinAnat are the ones that I'm referring to. The Ag29a takes my 1800+@1800mhz about 8 minutes per frame to fold and the Anat even longer; around 11 minutes! I seem to have hit a rock wall progressing up the team 32 rankings also, so I'm wondering if Stanford does a good job keeping the playing field even by balancing the point value of these proteins. Then it'd just be me hitting a brick wall because the rest of you are so damn fast! That'd be a GOOD thing, btw.
