Ya, my house is about 7 houses down from where it places it. What is interesting if you increment the number by 1 or 2, it will move the balloon over a fixed amount, sometimes still on the same house! It probably overlays a city map against the satellite images, zooms in and the city map may not have the same scale.

So that lake could have been in a gated community or something.
