Save some cash and get an Epox 8K7A. Great board. Rock stable for me. Good overclocker. Lots of tweaks.

I find it has been a really nice and stable setup for me. I've had it up for over a month now. I can run the 1200 AXIA @ 1466 but I need better cooling to keep it there. I liked 1350 with a 150mhz fsb but the cpu temps were to high for my comfort. I am really happy that the 512mb of crucial ddr will do 150/300. I run W2K server and dual boot with 98. All in all I am happy with it.
