Ive ordered from these people before no problem. Three weeks ago I ordered one of their systemax laptops. About a week and 1/2 after ordering it I checked the status on the net and it said it hadnt been shipped yet so I called them and said that I needed it by a certian date and would like it to be over nighted instead of sent ground. They SAID it had already been shipped and it would be here in 4 days. It wasnt here so I called back and it turns out it wasnt even shipped yet and I just now got it today.

i never liked tigerdirect. prices and shipping is too high for me. i remember wanted a small tube of thermal compound for 1.99$ and the shipping was 9.99$

strange i ordered a lcd about 6 days ago and paid with money order and its already in CA. but ups says it wont arrive till 10/7 . shipping was only $15 which isnt bad. guess sometimes they are good and sometimes not?

nope, they are terrible. bad custumer support. they sent me a dead out of the box mobo on my very first system build! now just guess how long it took me to figure out the mobo was the problem....... too long.
