Got mine to 150 core 170 mem stable. Can't remember the stock speed, think it was 125/140. Didn't notice much difference in performance though.

I used the coolbits registry tweak. It depends what version of Windows you have. You can also use an overclocking utility.

try using rivatuner which you can find at www.guru3d.com and go to the overclocking section and then raise up the frequncies 5-10mhz at a time then test for artifacts or instability using 3dmark or something like that....

I agree totaly with "funnyperson1"
Rivatuner did miracles for my poor TNT2 M64

I reached core=160 & mem=200

After that o\c you can test it with the "Artifact Tester" for results

Yep got ram sinks on my tnt2 m64. Using TNTClk to OC my card - I'm running 150 on Core and 185 on Memory. Using Nvidia drivers 4.13.01.2832. Runs stable and clean. Getting 1016 on 3DMarks

Asus P4B-LX mirco atx
256MB PC133

however, im going to put the tnt2 in the amd system that im working on now until i have the money to get something else. i should have the amd finished in a few weeks. gotta stretch that visa!

funny thing, when i got my memory higher, i had to lower my core. WHen i got my core higher, i had to lower the memory. I guess its a apg voltage thing. Yea i had a fan on my core. MY TNT2 got REAL hot with out the fan.

yeah mine is pretty hot too. the way i see it is, the worst thing i can do is bake the damn thing and then be force to spring for a new card. i would be steamin mad at first but i would get over it when the 8500 arived at the door.

we will see. i am definately going to get a fan for the tnt2 when i finish my new system.

thanks

funny...my tnt2 came with a fan, but I did have to mount another fan to blow on the back of the card 'cause of the heat it was generating

lol...yep came with a HS & F. The fan plugs directly into the TNT board. Added a couple of ram sinks that I made to reduse the heat, plus a small HS fan blowing on the back of the board. had to do this 'cause playing MW4:BlackKnight on High Graphics seems to make it hot for some reason
