to cheap to buy CCs

I was looking for some lights but those things can go for 30 bucks. I bought a Wal mart neon for ten bucks but they dont sell those anymore (at least the one over here). I was thinking about using a cheap flurosient with a blue transperincy.

So 1st ?
Do you think it'll work or will it even look nice.

Do fluroscients create a lot of heat?

dont think it will look good its juz gona light up the inside of ur comp like the sun was in there and it wont realy be blue..... u can try
