I have a AMD 1.33 MHz cpu with a coolermaster heatsink and fan and at idle I run 46 C with room temp of 73 deg F. Is this cool enough or should it be running cooler. I have three 80mm Sunon High Output fans in the system. One in the front sucking air in and two at the top blowing air out.
Am I cool enough to do any over clocking?

Is that temperature idle or with full load? Idle temps aren't a good indication, while load temps are.

Edit: Ignore this completely, as I still don't know how to read. ;D

That's pretty hot at idle. You need a better/high-performance HS/F first and foremost.

Yeah that is a very worrying temp as your load temps are likely to be in the 60oC region. A couple of case fans and a better cpu cooler or just replacing the pink chewing gum stuff that yu likely have should make a big differance.
