I finally received all of the items for my H2O water cooling system so I put it together today. I put the following things together over the sink:
1. 3/8" silicone tubing
2. Eheim 1250 pump
3. Swiftech MCW462-U Water-block
4. Heater Core with 3/8" fittings from Danger Den
5. "T" connector right before the radiator to bleed air and add water
6. In the following order: pump -> block -> "T" for bleeding air -> rad
After setting it all up, I got the water to pump the distilled water through the system. What I got was a noisy pump pumping water and air bubbles through the system. After about 2 hours(!) of trying to bleed the air out, I have not been successful. The water is flowing through the system, I can actually see it moving fast. All of the air bubbles seem to be originating from one spot: Where the 1/4" tubing from the waterblock pours into the 3/8" tubing. It seems that in this spot, there is a small jet of water pouring in the big tube meaning that there is a small amount of air in the areas that the water is not pouring into. I have made sure there are no air bubbles stuck in the radiator and the waterblock by shaking both of them. I have no clue what to do but i'm going to bed now.
