here's the best reply i could find:
Thunderbird features a 128 kb L1 cache and a 256 kb on-die L2 cache. With a 0.18 micron manufacturing process and a 120 mm^2 die size, it has a 37 million transistor core, 100 MHz DDR (200 MHz effective) EV6 system bus, and a Socket-A interface.

I found this bit of info by searching AMDs site. Anybody wanna count transistors and see if they're lying? :D
