Working on a cheap 850 athlon system and am wondering how I can tell if the hard drive is connected
at ATA/100 or 66....33.... also how to find out where the fsb for the memory is set....I know you guy's are gonna get a big laugh out of this....PCchips M810MLR
mobo, now dont be jealous...a wd 30gig ata/100 hard drive WD 300-BB (i think) and 256 megs of PC133...onboard sound video and LAN system is sloww...also any help with bios and driver upgrade's available from PCchips web-site like how to flash the BIOS ect, yeah us newbies can come up with dumb ones...the board supports 200mhz fsb and Ultra DMA 33/66/100 Bus Mastering Modes....I'm reading, reading and reading some more...Thanks again for all the help
