Trustedinstaller owner of C: drive???

Hello,i got windows as os but the owner of the startup drive is trustedinstaller?
Can i replace trustedinstaller with system or admin or my own username,i didnt setup my os
with a microsoft account so i am locally logged in...

I don't understand?? Did you format your drives? Also, I guess you could try running it as Admin. Also do you have pics of your rigs?
