After modding my new tualeron 1g A, it posted for the first time in my Abit Vl6. The problem is that it boots and says it is a p3 running at 167x6.0. Another problem is that I can only set the default voltage to 1.45v, the problem with this is that it is very unstable and won't even boot into windows. I tried 1.65v but It fried my old mobo (also a Vl6). I would appreciate any help to get this mofo to work with my mobo becase I can't wait to overclock.

sorry about that, my new,new that I will be getting this weekend is an MSI board. Forgot the exact name but I was told it is tualatin ready.

So the question now is: "Will a celeron A @ 1ghz work if it is missing the 3 pinns that were essential for the non powerleap mod.
