My asus tusl2-c i think may be the prob but heck if i know when i put in my 766mhz i get vcore adj but when i put in my 1.1a it doesn't have them

Try updating the BIOS to version 1010 or newer, then you'll get the vcore adjust for Tualatin processors (like your 1.1A GHz).

You mean a Windows based utility?

I still do all BIOS flashing from the DOS prompt. I think there is an aflash.exe utility (command prompt based) for the TUSL2-C. Have you checked out the downloads page for the TUSL2-C at the Asus website?
