Two PCs, Future Proof?

A future proof PC does not exist because all hardware becomes dated rather quickly. If you want to extend the life of a PC you should choose a platform that will allow you to upgrade to better parts in the future. The two choices you listed don't really give you many options for future upgrades like a faster CPUs. Those two choices are also going to struggle playing AAA game titles at 1080p. I would save for a better system that will give you better performance and future upgrades. The dual core AMD cpu is going to bottleneck any future mid-high end gpu's.
 
If these are for gaming, Im gonna be that guy and tell you they both are pretty terrible. Get a console for that price range.
