U3 on Windows 7 Thunderbird problems

Is anyone else using a U3 thumb drive under Windows 7 [beta]?

For the most part, everything works EXCEPT for Thunderbird (Mozilla's email client).

I was wondering if anyone else was using U3 programs under Windows 7. Care to share your successes/problems? I would really like to test Win 7 a little more thoroughly, but I'm tired of switching O/S's just to check email.

My Experience with U3 on Windows 7

First of all, it sort of does work for me. However, if you come out of sleep, you get an error message that the software is not compatible and it no longer works. The solution is to NOT leave the drive in the usb port when you come out of sleep.

I use Roboform and it will not load automatically. I need to click on Launch.

Otherwise, it works.
