Does anyone know where (or if) I can get the Ulead GIF Animator 5 for less than $45 or $50???

On the subject of animation editing, anybody know an alternative to this program: http://www.gamani.com ? -- GIf Movie Gear

It isn't an art program, it just crops, resizes and optimizes and I feel silly paying so much for so little.
