Not possible!

This was the same problem awhile back with Buffalo sticks claiming to use TCCD's on their 1GB and turned out to be something else (UCCC's).

Not good when they go for $400 for one 1GB stick!

For almost half that price you could get some Mushkin eXtreme DDR500 or G-Skill's HZ's DDR500 as well.

I corresponded with Bruce (a/k/a Memory Man), the Buffalo rep, a while back (probably the same thread that RedDragonXXX referenced above) and Bruce (he is their memory Tech guy) told me that TCCD could not be used in 1GB sticks. I've had other confirm this, but he was the most "connected" of those that have stated this.

Based on the available information, I don't believe that the Ultra is TCCD, Samsung...perhaps, TCCD...no.
