Umm Which refurb. mobo ?

iam planing to build a good performance system ( closed to 2.0ghz after O/C probly with 1600+ AGOIA) but running low on budget so I'm considering a refurb mobo. I have checked those few top selection mobos from newegg:

Which mobo do you recommend ??? Is it worth to try refurb mobo , especially from newegg ( any troublesome from using refurb mobo ? )

Umm maybe A7V8X would be a good choice since later I can upgrade to faster CPU w/o changing the mobo

A7V8X is a fairly new board, it does not have a limit so far, it will support all socket A chips
