Unknown Device It7 Win2k

I just went from Xp to 2k and made sure I got all the system drivers I needed, SCSI,RAID , sound , lan , video, etc.. still for some reason after the service packs, installing every driver that came on the cd with my it7 , win2k still seems to believe that there is one unknown device hooked up to my computer. Any ideas..I know its hard without a screenshot ..but anyone have some ideas.. I believe its on the it7.

try updating your drivers and let windows search for it.....thats what i did for my usb because it had an exclamation point on it and that fixed it up.
