Core temp sensing is disabled when you unlock cores. That is a well-known side effect of unlocking. So, go by your CPU temp instead, since that is read from a sensor embedded in the motherboard socket below the processor. CPU temp usually runs 4-5C higher than core temp to give you a point of reference.
