I wasn't going to try to go beyond that with the the cheap hsf on it, i have a fop on the way :) btw, it turned in its first wu this morning, i am so proud of it.

WTG, dude. I know that my k6-2-450 is like impossible to oc.

Same here, all I can get out of it is 500 with a voltage increase of 2.9 (and not even stable !). Max stable I can get is 475 with 2.7 volts

Nice OC scooby doo !!!

I have a machine running a K6-2+450 chip that will run 550 with no problems, but it couldn't make 600 mhz, even with 2.7 volts vcore. That is when it was brand new. Maybe I'll try again soon and see if it will go 600 after running @ 550 with 2.4 volts vcore for 3 months now. I built a machine for my brother a year ago with a K6-3+450 and it went 600 with 2.3 volts vcore right off the bat.
