Upgrade help

Hello everyone!

I havent been on the boards in a while as I have been playing world of warcraft non stop since release. I will have some $ for xmas and would like to upgrade my computer as my OC'd 2500+ is starting to show some age.

I have a raptor 72gig HD(sata)
And 1024 TCCD that i plan on keeping(512x2) PDP ram
A PCPC PSU 420 watt

I plan on buying

I would like to know a mobo reccomendation
needs

SLI would be hot as I will need a new GFX card
Good OC'r(duhhh)
work with the current parts i have

CPU: That 3800+ is a good choice, but if you're overclocking you should get an Opteron 165. They're starting to get rare (since AMD thinks the only people who should have Optys are OEMs), but you can still get them for reasonable prices from here.
Mobo: DFI Lanparty Ultra-D
Video Card: 7800GT or 7800GTX if you can afford it (just 1, you don't wanna waste money on SLI, high-end video cards are already bottlenecked by the CPU so putting 2 in won't help much)
