Upgrading hardware

Hi guys,

Going to be upgrading my PC this weekend, how does the following sound?

Intel Core Duo E6600
EVGA 122-CK-NF68 NF680i
CorsairTwinX XMS2 (2GB) 4-4-4-12 DDR6400
Zalman CNPS9500-AT Intel LGA775


Hope to reach 3.6Ghz with the CPU if possible to get my 8800GTX running as good as possible.

Its been hard though finding many reviews on the eVGA 680i, do any of you have any info / experiences with the board?
