upgrading to a ga-8ihxp

I am upgrading from an Asus p4t-e i850 board to a Gigabyte
GA-8IHXP i850e. Will I need to worry about different chipset drivers etc.? I believe both chipsets use the Intel Application Accelerator 2.3 I am using now. I am running Windows XP Home SP1. I'm asking now before I actually put everything together to try to anticipate any issues. Thanks in advance.

May be a little late but HERE'S the driver page for the Gig board. It says it uses 2.2.
