Does anyone know of any "cube" cases made for ATX mobos and PSUs?

By cube, I mean something like the Shuttle or B-Envi SSF series. It must look sleek, nice, and support ATX mobos.

well, look at how big the ATX mobo is. if you want a true "cube", you'd basically be putting two mid-tower atx cases together. if you are really looking for a "media box"/htpc type case, there are options out there for ATX, but it's still going to be rather big considering the size of the mobo itself, so most ATX HTPC cases are like mid-towers turned on their side, or desktop cases. Newegg and FrozenCPU among others have tons of cases to choose from.

Oh ok lol.

That is the B-Envi case. With my current NZXT case, whenever Vista decides to randomly index or whatever to my Raptor.....it makes ALOT of noise.

Will the B-Envi dampen the noise? If not, is there anything that I can do to dampen the noise (that will actually work) AND available at microcenter/newegg?

I am so confused. Do you want ATX or microATX?

I wanted ATX (so I could just use the p35-dq6 mobo I have) but then looking at the ATX cases..NONE of them would fit in a 12" deep bookcase. The only case that will fit inside the bookcase is the B-Envi case which is mATX, so I'm just going to grab an ASUS P5E-VM mATX board for my quadcore.

Also, the ATX cases are really ugly..even the Lian-li's.

What my overall goal is to create a "mini" xbox type of system FOR THE PC that will run 24/7. The B-Envi is "almost" like an xbox :bday:

look at the HTPC cases if you need ATX size.
