Looks like windows decided to install a standard driver for them. However, the drivers for my motherboard list both intel and asrock as drivers for usb3:

Pci vendor is saying it's intel, but the last time I tried to install the proper drivers for them I had to reformat as it stopped ALL usb devices plugged in anywhere from working and a BSOD. No way to even system restore. The two usb's installed successfully are on the back, and I want to be ready for VR, so I need a functioning usb3 on the front of my case for hard drives and things.
