Can't seem to get the USB ports working. Running W98, so I went to Microsoft and got the driver update but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

1) Is USB enabled in the bios?
2) If it is how many watts does your PS put out?....USB transmits some power as well as data. The hub which I currently have as a parasite off the motherboard but it an option to power it in case the devices need more power.
