USB not working

I have a IwillKK266-R board,the USB ports do not work.
Is there a setting in bios to enable it?Thank you in advance for your help.eddie

Yes, you have to enable usb port 0 in the advance setting section, you will need to scoll down alittle, The port 1 is for external usb connector.
