I just remembered, I have an old watercooler(you know, standing around the watercooler at work) lying around my parents house that still works great. Just wondering if this would be usable? Like a chilled resevoir? Any idea of how cold these things can usually cool water to?

And i'd wager i'd have to worry about condensation...

I feel like a mad scientist. I'm not to keen on the idea of covering my waterblocks/processor/gpu in neoprene and goop, but I guess it would eliminate the need for radiators, which would lessen the overall loop resistance, as well as get rid of the 120mm fans which would make it even more quiet...
