Using your computer wihtout a monitor over the network....

I've used VNC myself...very nice program.

However...is it me (might be another program I installed at or about the same time as..) or does VNC chew up a lot of memory??

Seems like after I installed it, I started getting all kinds of error messages...the "Not Enough Memory...close some apps" ones...

It does not do that to me, so it's probably something else.

I did have that exact same problem this week, though. Something, I believe it was a web site, added a program to my startup programs. I could see using Norton that I had plenty of free ram, so I knew something was wrong. The first place I look now is in System Information under Startup Programs for things that do not look familiar.
