UV Fan

if i put a UV fan as a top fan, and have a black light shine up
from the bottom of the case, will the fan glow when viewed
from the outside?

as long as its a clear fan, and you can see the fan through the top, yes. If its not a clear fan you might still get some effect, though not as nice.

I have a UV clear fan on the side of my case, and it glows very bright when the lights are on.
