Is this exactly the same car with exactly the same parts?

general moters own both vaxhall and chevrolet so the parts should be the same even if the cars ar not.

Well, different GM models have different heater cores. The reason I wanted to know is that I saw a 1976 Vauxhall Chevette in the demolishers database over here.
