VCD converting

Hello


I am looking for a Program that can convert AVI files to VCD files

I tried searching the forums but there are no posts with the info I need.


I have movies from VHS converted to AVI, now I need them made into VCD to play in my DVD player. I would ideally like the program to be free, but will pay for a program if needed. if the free alternative is using multiple programs, I would be willing to do that as well, its been well over a year since I have done any video work, so I am hoping things have come a long way since the days of 4 programs to convert a DVD to AVI.
