I've a set of these newer PC3200 EL Platinum Revision 2 rev1.1 TCC5 memory along with a 3200+ Venice CPU and I'm having a heck of a time trying to get a stable overclock in SuperPi 32M. My memory can run Memtest for 24 hours with no errors at 300 2.5-4-3-6 1T 2.8v, and my CPU can Prime for 24 hours at 2.7Ghz but only with my G.Skill ram. As soon as I use the new OCZ TCC5 memory, SuperPi 32M will fail automatically at anything higher than 2.6Ghz! I can't do 300x9 or even 270x10 because both will fail SuperPi. I don't get it...it passes Memtest just fine at 300.....my G.Skill can do it at those speeds....why is the new TCC5 failing SuperPi and Prime? Has anyone found a solution yet? I've tried three different BIOS for my DFI Ultra-D already (310, 414-2, 414-3)......same results.

:welcome: to the forums.....

There is a member here named soy_set that has the exact same setup you have. He can tell you have he keeps his mem stable at 300fsb. He's using 2.5-3-3-7 timings. I'd help you myself but I'm no expert with TCCD/TCC5 ram.

HouseRat,
Thanks for the info. I'll PM soy_set and see what he says.
