Very bad experience with SYSfx.net Water Cooling

I bought a water cooling system from SYSfx Let me tell you they suck. From shipping to support they really suck. The block comes with a very poor clip that wont make the sufficient preasure to have good contact with the core. The pump is good but it has a internal ligth but it stop working a few minutes after being on. The rad it the only good thing its an extreme Ice Rad.

Let me tell you that i have this rad at the top ousite of the case with a 120mm YS Tech fan and at the side panel another one hitting the cpu. With the black i get 36C idle and with the sotck HSF i get the same reading.

I have call them and send them thousend email and no one has replaid.

Should i switch to air or should i buy a new block?

you don't have to switch to air, just be careful about buying quality componenets. First of all, see if you can find a number and call them, where's their website?

try to return the setup and build ur own i think... air is loud ....
