VIA EPIA Series

I'm looking for the the VIA EPIA-M motherboard.

Any idea if this is even out or where to get it? It has an embedded MPEG2 decoder which would be perfect for my purpose.

If this one isn't out, any ideas on where to get the VIA EPIA (http://www.viavpsd.com/product/epia_mini_itx_spec.jsp?motherboardId=21 )? I'd like to get the 800MHz version.

Any feedback on either of these boards?
