hey im having a little problem with my video card (prophet ii mx ddv 32mb agp) when i boot up

sometimes my system will let out some beeps righ when i turn on my comp or restart, and the pattern of these beeps is described in the motherboard manual as saying the video memory is not detected or bad.
i hafta try about 3-4 times to get it to boot up and was wondering if it was the card or the motherboard
my system specs are below

and also i installed red hat linux and it said i had a video error and doesnlt let me isntall it on graphic mode

anyway, thanks in advance i await some useful info!

Search at your card manufacturer's website. I am sure it is a ripped card, or bad videobios. Flashing it would correct the prob.
p.s.
Why no to buy an asus card if you have asus mobo.??? :)

also, pull it out, clean the contacts with some methinol alcohol (rubbing alchohol) and put it back in (when it dries!!) also, try pushing the mobo towards the card as you put it in, since the mobo might be on an angle, or something funky...
